Jason Momoa on The Ellen Show

Jason Momoa on The Ellen Show

Aquaman and Game of Thrones actor Jason Momoa made his first appearance on The Ellen Show on Wednesday, May 8th.

The show shared a short teaser video of Jason’s entrance on their social media channels.

From JustJared:

Jason Momoa shows off his buff biceps while participating in an ax-throwing game during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, airing on Wednesday (May 8).

The 39-year-old actor taught Ellen how to throw an ax, though she wasn’t able to successfully land any of them.

Ellen tasked Jason with throwing axes at targets for one minute and they would donate the amount of money earned by hitting the targets.

The show only anticipated that Jason would earn $10,000, but he actually earned $31,000 so Ellen crossed out the number on the check herself!

Well I’m madly in love with ELLEN @theellenshow it’s true she is an amazing wonderful beautiful human. Tune in she’s got some great surprises. I had the time of my life. I was very nervous because I came on to talk about something that I love dearly. Our mother earth and what I can do to help. I have a mission to get rid of single use plastic water bottles. To clean up our oceans and land. To ask ourselves how we hydrate. Even though I may carry a canteen to try to reduce these plastics are still being made. All I’m trying to do is give US an option. Do my part. The world needs changes and this is another option. Aluminum is the most recyclable packaging available, it’s infinitely recyclable. A can can be recycled and be on a shelf again in 60 days. A plastic bottle will never be a plastic bottle again. There’s a lot of facts out there but the what I want to do is reduce by reusing aluminum 💯. WE NEED an OPTION. Mad love and respect to @mattallen_art for his beautiful painting. MANA is spirit it’s all things sacred. NALU is the wave Nothing is more sacred than water. We need a change and the wave of change is coming #MANANALU. Aloha j

  1. Of course, what’s not to love about Jason? But that little dance he does when he meets Ellen? I do that all the time when I meet up with my friends.
